Job description

As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create unique events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.

Who you'll work with

You will join our office in Canada to collaborate with various teams and directly interact with our partners, providers, and venues. Your role will involve helping Fever expand its pipeline of original events by engaging with all departments, from Marketing to Operations.

The team you'll join is motivated, young, and fun, with multicultural backgrounds and top profiles from McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, PSG, and Roland Garros.

About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will work with your team lead to develop, launch, and manage events from start to finish. You will also strategize on scaling these events across markets.

  • Own the strategic planning, execution, and reporting of key experiences.
  • Analyze business opportunities and inefficiencies; propose operational improvements; ensure high customer satisfaction and quality experiences.

Potential to pitch and close events with major partners, such as large entertainment companies.

Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize event impact in ticket sales and coverage.

Manage and grow revenue from events.

Expand the experiences team to meet targets.

Assist in scaling operations to other cities by sharing best practices (travel opportunities may be available).

Build and nurture the Fever Partner Network, including venues and event organizers.

Represent Fever at local events and with PR efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 3 years in a project management role.
  • Experience programming live music or related arts/entertainment.
  • Strong desire to learn, with quick adaptability; excellent analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of promotional tools like Facebook and Instagram is a plus.
