A leading company in renewable energy projects is seeking a Solar Project Manager. Responsible for managing the full life cycle of commercial solar projects, this role includes overseeing pre-construction activities and coordinating internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a commitment to safety and quality standards.
We are helping to accelerate the transition to clean energy by working directly with enterprise level companies, small businesses, and implementing renewable energy projects. This position is responsible for managing the full life cycle of commercial solar projects from contract execution to final commissioning. As a Project Manager, you will oversee all pre-construction activities related to the project, coordinating and preparing internal construction management
RELATED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATIONAL AND REQUIREMENTS
Strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Ability to identify and resolve installation issues related to electrical racking modules effectively, making sound decisions under pressure.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including coaching, mentoring, and team motivation.
Strong organizational and time management skills to plan and prioritize installation projects efficiently.
Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be highly motivated and self-driven.
Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred

Ability to travel between job sites
Strong familiarity with construction and electrical codes

Specific vision ability required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and an ability to adjust focus
Employees may be required to travel for business purposes
Compensation & Benefits:
Benefits Package available after 60 days of employment. However, some items are subject to meeting eligibility.
