Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex building projects from award to closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, and safety programs while coordinating with clients and stakeholders on site in Saskatoon.
The role requires strong CPM scheduling skills, robust cost control, and contract administration experience to meet project objectives and company standards in a fast-paced environment.
You are a Project Manager responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality objectives are consistently achieved. Working closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders, you oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate project activities, proactively resolve challenges, and maintain steady project progress. In this role, you will lead complex schedules, including large-scale and design-build projects, ensuring all project requirements are met through every phase of execution. You work independently with sound judgment, serving as a key resource to the team and contributing to the successful delivery of project outcomes.
