• Plan, monitor, and administer parts of a mid-size project to ensure client and internal customer satisfaction.
• Own the RFP creation process.
• Develop clear, concise, and compelling content that addresses client requirements and showcases organizational capabilities, including executive summaries and technical sections.
• Organize and utilize resources effectively, coordinating with stakeholders and colleagues.
• Manage the proposal development process, set timelines, coordinate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met. Track progress and adjust as needed for timely submission.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure proposals meet high standards, including reviews and stakeholder feedback.
• Prepare and present the final proposal, ensuring all documents and attachments are included and organized professionally.
• Manage projects under the mentorship of senior project managers.
• Requirements: Bachelor's degree or technical writing certification.
• Experience: At least 3 years, preferably with Nasdaq Verafin. RFP writing experience is an asset.
