We are currently hiring a Project Manager for our branch in Richmond, B.C.
The primary responsibilities of a Project Manager include:
- Working with our sales & estimating team to complete the supply and installation of commercial washroom and locker room projects.
- Processing and completing shop drawings, coordinating site measures, attending site meetings, ordering products, and arranging for shipping in collaboration with our customers.
- Managing third-party subcontract installers on job site installations.
- Reviewing and pricing change orders for existing projects and actively following up to sell change orders profitably.
- Resolving various project issues, including delays, adverse site conditions, installation problems, and other common challenges in commercial construction.
- Collaborating with manufacturer/supplier partners on orders and material deliveries.
- Working with other project managers, warehouse managers, and drivers to successfully complete projects.
- Completing project deficiencies and working with customers to ensure satisfaction with project delivery.
- Assisting with warehouse management and monthly inventory.
