Job description

Duration: 2 yrs (With possible 2 yrs extension or till end of project)

Location: Downtown, Regina, SK (S4P Zip Code)

THE DELIVERABLES:

The resource(s) will be an integral part of the Project Management Team and will be responsible for, but not necessarily limited to, the following duties:

1. Develop the terms of the detailed project plan in consultation with the Project Leadership Team.
2. Produce the Project Plan and gain Project Sponsor approval.
3. Ensure the project is undertaken in accordance with the standards, processes and documentation which follow Project Management Institute (PMI) standards.
4. Produce deliverables on time, within budget and to specification ensuring project objectives are met.
5. Ensure the work products and deliverables are completed in compliance with technical standards.
6. Facilitate integration of project touch points (interconnections) across related projects if required.
7. Monitor and report on project performance: scope, schedule, cost, and quality of project deliverables.
8. Identify, monitor and manage risks related to the delivery of the project.
9. Provide timely communications and reporting regarding projects risks, issues and concerns to the team, Project Sponsors and relevant stakeholders.
10. Organize and facilitate multi-stakeholder workshops, meetings and prepare presentations.
11. Work collaboratively with third party vendors and other partners to include their delivery as part of the overall implementation plan.
12. Develop project change requests (scope, time and cost) while negotiating and sharing financial implications and/or impact with the Project Sponsor.
13. Identify changes to resourcing requirements.
14. Leverage platforms like ServiceNow to create and manage automated business workflows effectively.
15. Utilize Azure DevOps to manage requirements and oversee project activities.
16. Oversee large IT projects, such as CRM implementations, including cloud integration, from initiation to completion.

The resource will be required to participate in consultant performance evaluation as deemed appropriate by the PMO.

This resource will be required to manage any of the following projects, or other projects as required:

• Linkin Platform Upgrade Project: The LINKIN solution is built on the Cúram Human Services platform, which is widely used by social service agencies globally. This project aims to complete the upgrade to Cúram 8.0.2 successfully while ensuring seamless business operations and minimizing disruptions.
• SWIN Modernization Initiative: This project aims to replace the aging SWIN system, which relies on outdated mainframe technologies, with a modern data retention solution. It will review and update data retention policies to ensure compliance, efficiency, and future service needs.
