Job description

The scope of the proposed engagement and associated work requires the following services:

Services Required / Requirements

· Assist the organization with the creation of the:

o Governance and procedures

o Implementation plan

o Benefits realization approach, methodology, and key performance indicators

· Act as project manager for multiple work streams, including:

o Business process and requirements gathering

o IT requirements and specifications, if deemed part of this project.

o Training needs and approach

· Coordinate stakeholder meetings & collaborative sessions

· Provide both high-level and granular reporting of all deliverables, time tables and budgets

· Identify critical business support requirements and providers and interface with all levels of organization to facilitate completion of all project related activities on time, within scope and within budget Coordinate project wrap-up activities.

· The supplier’s key professionals and/or organization must not have material conflicts with the WCB.

· Firms must provide a concise description of their qualifications and capabilities in delivering project management services in the public sector.

· The supplier must assign a resource that has the applicable combination of education, experience and certifications (e.g. PMP, etc.) to successfully oversee a major project involving multiple work streams, departments and resources.

· The supplier has a minimum of five (5) years of recent experience delivering project management services.

· The supplier’s proposed resource has been in a project management-related role a minimum of five (5) years, is experienced in using industry best-practices and has relevant experience related to this engagement.

· Provide a minimum of three (3) engagement references, similar in scope.
