About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing product transfer, qualification processes, and the overall lifecycle of engine components. This role requires deep expertise in product qualification, APQP, and NPI, with a specific focus on ensuring the successful introduction of new products and components within our operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Rolls-Royce or similar high-performance engine manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the product transfer and qualification processes for engine components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the design and qualification processes align with project goals and timelines.
  • Oversee APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and NPI (New Product Introduction) processes from concept through to production.
  • Manage the development, implementation, and refinement of project plans for product design, development, and qualification activities.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop, track, and report on key project metrics, ensuring that the products meet performance, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and resolve potential project risks and issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide leadership and support to engineering and manufacturing teams, ensuring alignment on product design and qualification criteria.
  • Ensure compliance with Rolls-Royce and other industry-specific standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in product transfer and product qualification, particularly within the engine components or aerospace sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of APQP, NPI, and design processes.
  • Previous experience working with Rolls-Royce or in a similar high-performance engineering environment is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual (French and English) is preferred to support communication with international stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
