What You’ve Accomplished

• Completion of a BS in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or comparable experience in lieu of degree
• At least 8 years of project work experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management plan development, implementation, and administration
• Strong business and/or technical expertise in a related capacity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management
• Proficiency in PC-based applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
• Strong problem identification and resolution skills, emphasizing root cause analysis
• Excellent report development and presentation skills
• Motivated to join Framatome and contribute to clean, safe energy and nuclear technology advancement

Additional desirable skills include:

• Engineering and Construction Management Experience

Your Opportunity

This full-time role offers the chance to impact lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills as a Project Manager in Pickering, Ontario (remote work considered), within the Installed Base Business Unit. Responsibilities include:

• Managing engineering, procurement, and service projects with a team of project coordinators and engineers
• Interfacing daily with customer representatives to ensure safety and quality standards
• Reporting to the Product Line Manager on safety, quality, cost, and schedule
• Leading project meetings and maintaining project documentation in the reporting system
• Supporting field activities as needed

General duties include:

• Preparing project plans and schedules to meet quality, reliability, cost, and timing objectives
• Applying approved project management methods to execute low-risk projects
• Addressing technical issues to increase business opportunities
• Developing team responsibilities and coordinating project activities
• Forecasting skills needs and managing invoicing
• Providing leadership for major projects such as design, construction, and expansion
