About the Role :

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations and Services, the Project Manager will be responsible for leading the full lifecycle of product launches and corporate initiatives across Clarion and its subsidiaries. This role plays a pivotal part in aligning cross-functional teams, managing the stage / gate process, and ensuring seamless execution—from launch readiness to post-launch tracking. You’ll also lead projects related to distribution expansions, acquisitions, and operational integrations.

The successful applicant will :

  • Own the product launch process, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
  • Guide products through stage / gate milestones.
  • Organize monthly product launch meetings, address risks, and align key teams.
  • Manage post-launch performance and the full product lifecycle.
  • Monitor vendor distribution contracts to ensure compliance and timely renewals.
  • Project manage international launches and partnerships (e.g., Luvo products).
  • Track progress and provide updates to leadership.
  • Lead integration of newly acquired businesses into Clarion operations.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets as needed.

We are seeking a candidate with the following experience and attributes :

  • Bachelor’s degree required; PMP and / or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Experience in Medical or Distribution industries is a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in project management.
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet or other project management tools.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate complex projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
