The Role

We are seeking a full-time, experienced Project Manager to join our team based out of our head office in Oakville, Ontario. You’ll lead commercial and industrial interior fit-outs and renovation projects ranging from $200K to $15M. This role involves both office and on-site work.

You’ll coordinate project planning, implementation, and delivery—overseeing schedules, budgets, and teams to ensure excellence from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects and Site Superintendents simultaneously.
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and estimates.
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, consultants, and clients.
  • Anticipate risks and embed solutions into plans.
  • Prepare change orders and provide consistent high-level client service.
  • Report directly to Senior Management.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience (Project Manager or Site Supervisor experience ).
  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architectural Science—or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Familiarity with Jonas Premier or comparable construction management software is considered a strong asset.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural drawings.
  • Knowledge of OHSA regulations and safety standards.
  • Experience in commercial/industrial construction is an asset.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle required.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.

Working Conditions

  • Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed, based on project demands.
  • Occasional out-of-province travel may be required.
