We're looking for a Project Leader who can do more than manage construction sites — we want a strategic thinker, a clear communicator, and a proven leader who takes full ownership of outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of active construction sites, ensuring projects stay on schedule and exceed expectations
• Lead site coordination, trade scheduling, and job site problem-solving
• Conduct walkthroughs, maintain site cleanliness and safety standards
• Track daily progress and resolve issues related to structure, design, trades, or materials
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and subcontractors throughout the project
• Provide weekly client updates and maintain transparency across all stages
• Reinforce Collab’s core values in all communications
• Work with trades to clarify scope, streamline workflows, and raise standards

Process Development & Systems Building

• Work closely with management to refine operational processes and internal systems
• Help grow and maintain a reliable trade partner network
• Participate in monthly company meetings and contribute to strategic planning
• Offer input on company procedures, software use, and performance tracking

Technical Oversight & Job site Logistics

• Review plans, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with engineers / architects as needed
• Coordinate specialty items (elevators, pools, steel, etc.) through field verification
• Manage on-site logistics including material deliveries, dumpsters, parking, and job site setup
• Document site progress through job logs, photos, and schedule updates using Houzz

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of residential construction experience (custom homes or high-end renovations preferred)
• Demonstrated leadership in managing trades, schedules, and site workflows
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to self-manage and work collaboratively with ownership
• Proficiency with construction scheduling and management software (Houzz, Buildertrend, Etc.)
• A proactive mindset and high standard of professionalism
