Project Manager

We are looking for a freelancer that would be available for a full-time independent contractor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring on-time delivery
2. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to align goals and expectations
3. Communicate with clients, providing updates and gathering feedback
4. Develop project timelines, track progress, and manage deliverables using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
5. Identify bottlenecks and provide solutions to improve efficiency
6. Ensure high-quality output by maintaining clear communication and quality control processes

Job Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Project Manager in a digital marketing agency or similar environment
2. Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, content creation, and digital strategies
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage remote teams
4. Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar)
5. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, or email marketing
2. Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting
3. Previous experience working with remote teams

Work Hours: Full-time 8AM to 5PM EST
