Compensation

$120,000 to $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Manage entire project lifecycle: budgets, schedules, teams, and vendors
• Collaborate with site teams, sub-trades, and consultants
• Ensure project delivery is on-time, on-budget, and on-brand
• Oversee project documentation, contracts, reporting, and safety
• Mentor junior team members and promote continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in construction project management (residential + commercial)
• Technical diploma or PMP preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read drawings, manage contracts, and coordinate trades
• Knowledge of WorkSafeBC and BC building codes
• Valid driver’s license and working knowledge of MS Office
