Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Mount Pearl, NL at Atlantic XL. The Project Manager plays a pivotal role within the Project Delivery Team, reporting to the Project Delivery Lead and ensuring the successful execution of individual projects. Focused on delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget, the Project Manager is responsible for day-to-day project planning, coordination, and communication with stakeholders. This role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and resources while addressing risks and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. By working closely with engineers, technologists, and other team members, the Project Manager contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Project Delivery Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery in alignment with company safety, quality, and project management standards, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, and risk are effectively managed.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, including vendors and materials, while supporting and coaching project teams to achieve strong performance across HSE, commercial, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements, promoting best practices, and sharing lessons learned across the team.
• Oversee reporting and client communications, including contract alignment, project reporting, and escalation management to meet both internal and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Project Management and Logistics Management skills
• Experience in resource planning and forecasting
• Strong organization and coordination abilities
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Certification in Project Management is a plus
• Previous experience in the energy sector is beneficial
