Job summary

Digicast in Montreal is seeking a Project Manager to lead production tasks and coordinate workflow across webcasting and video projects.

You will manage ongoing client projects, delegate tasks to the production team, and ensure timely delivery with quality control. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to juggle multiple projects, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Experience or certification in broadcast video production and live event production.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role in agency, audiovisual or project coordination.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to deal professionally with staff members and clients.
• Knowledge base of web and video production services is a plus.
• Be bilingual French and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Ensure and manage ongoing projects with clients.

• Support the production department.
• Oversee the creation and timely completion of projects.
• Perform quality control prior to project deliveries.
• Ensure the preparation of material to support meetings with clients.
• Preparing job estimates and closing of project orders prior to invoicing.
• Participate in the development of project planning.
• Work closely with the sales account manager.
• Perform any other related duties relevant to this position.
