Overview

We are seeking a talented and proactive Project Manager to become a vital part of our onboarding team. Your primary focus will be on integrating the Aduna platform with telecom suppliers and customer systems, including Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS), Independent Software Vendors (ISV), and Hyperscale Cloud Providers (HCP). In this dynamic role, you will collaborate directly with customers to plan and execute integration projects, manage risks, and drive the organization toward achieving its business objectives. As the Aduna platform represents cutting-edge technology, you will have the opportunity to shape its future and make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving industry. You will work in a hybrid capacity-both at home and in our office.

What you will be focused on:

• Lead E2E Integrations: Lead comprehensive integration projects from Communication Service Provider to customers, encompassing project scope planning and execution.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including product managers, product engineering, sales and supply teams, customers and network providers, to facilitate effective collaboration.
• Project Capability Enhancement: Drive project capabilities to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Project Execution Management: Supervise project execution, including monitoring, reporting, conflict resolution, critical issue handling, change management, risk management, and dependency management.
• On-Time Delivery Assurance: Ensure all projects are completed within defined timelines, budgets, and meet product commitments.
• Communication and Reporting: Foster robust communication within the matrix organization, including progress updates, status reporting, and follow-up on activities and results.
• Operational Excellence: Promote optimal utilization of team capacity and the application of standard methodologies aligned with the company’s values.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills We think you Need for the Role:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field.
• 3-5 years in a project manager/program manager role within product development or customer support.
• Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate within diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership, drive closure of technical issues, and guide teams towards successful project completion.
• Skilled in motivating and guiding highly technical engineers and developers, removing roadblocks to ensure optimal performance.
• Solid experience with Agile and Lean Development methodologies.
• Ability to maintain a big-picture perspective while focusing on critical details in a pragmatic and results-oriented manner.
• Self-driven with a positive attitude and a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.
• Thrive on taking responsibility and overcoming challenges with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Proficient in English.
