Project Manager – Retail Construction (Montréal-Based)

Location: Greater Montréal Area
Salary: $80,000 – $105,000
Type: Full-time, Permanent

We’re partnered with a long-standing GC in Québec with an active portfolio of retail construction projects across Canada. They’re looking for a bilingual Project Manager to take ownership of delivery from pre-construction through turnover — ensuring smooth execution, strong subtrade coordination, and tight budget control.

This isn’t just another office job — you’ll be working closely with site supervisors, landlords, and municipalities to keep projects on track across multiple provinces. If you’re fluent in English and French and have experience managing fast-paced retail rollouts, this is a great opportunity to step into a coast-to-coast leadership role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Planning, budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing day-to-day construction progress

  • Managing subtrades, procurement, and cost tracking across multiple sites

  • Reviewing documents, shop drawings, and handling change orders

  • Supporting bid coordination and contract award with the Estimating team

  • Leading turnover process and walkthroughs with final stakeholders

What They’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of Canadian project management experience in retail/commercial builds

  • Fluent in English and French (required)

  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects under tight timelines

  • Strong skills in budgeting, documentation, and subcontractor management

  • Proficiency in Procore (or similar software) and Microsoft Office
