Job summary

Fuze HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential construction projects from pre-construction through occupancy and close-out in Mississauga, Canada. You will own budgets, schedules and coordination across consultants, trades and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a proven track record in managing the full construction lifecycle on multi-residential or high-rise projects.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential construction projects from pre-construction through occupancy and close-out. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished construction professional who can take ownership of the full project lifecycle, manage significant budgets and schedules, lead consultants and trades, and work closely with site and development teams to successfully deliver complex residential projects.

What You’ll Do

• Manage projects through pre-construction, construction, occupancy and close-out
• Own project budgets, forecasting and cost-to-complete reporting
• Manage construction schedules, milestones, risks and project priorities
• Coordinate consultants, trades, suppliers and internal project teams
• Lead tendering, scopes of work, trade selection and contract negotiations
• Partner closely with Site Superintendents to resolve construction and scheduling issues
• Monitor project quality, documentation and contractual requirements
• Identify project risks and implement solutions to protect budgets and timelines
• Support occupancy planning, deficiency resolution and final project turnover
• Lead and mentor members of the Project Management team
• Build strong relationships with consultants, trades, municipalities and other stakeholders

You are a hands-on Project Manager who understands both the financial and operational sides of construction. You anticipate risks, keep multiple stakeholders aligned and take ownership of delivering projects from planning through final turnover.
