Our Project Managers are an integral part of the team that transforms ideas into experiences. They own multiple projects from concept through production and installation in partnership with a great team. They have a willingness to do whatever needs to be done to get it right.

A typical day:

  • Preparing project costs, estimates, bill of materials and work orders.
  • Establishing schedules and critical path or project plan.
  • Managing project changes.
  • Ensuring production complies with project deadlines and budget.
  • Providing solutions to issues.
  • Identifying appropriate resources needed.
  • Working in partnership with Sales and Client Services to ensure that the project needs and requirements of the client are determined and executed.
  • Delivering great service to our clients.

Who we are looking for:

  • Industry experience in trade show or special event displays.
  • Technical knowledge of fabrication, millwork and interior building materials.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with all internal departments.
  • Resourceful and solution focused.
  • Meticulously organized.
  • Computer savvy. Fluent in spreadsheets and everything Microsoft Office.
  • Values working as part of a team and working collaboratively.
