Summary / Objective

The Project Manager serves as a liaison between the office and the field to promote a cohesive approach to doing business and all field matters. The ideal candidate has an inherent ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Retail Construction experience preferred.

Job Description

As the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include managing multiple projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, maintaining budgets, ensuring safety and quality standards, and effective communication with clients and team members. The role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to handle stressful situations efficiently.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Chart project objectives, plans, and performance requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects using formal planning techniques.
  • Oversee project implementation from start to finish.
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and minimize risks.
  • Coordinate work schedules and communicate with contractors and clients.
  • Monitor project progress and hold regular meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain complete project documentation.
  • Identify potential disputes and issues.
  • Serve as the primary contact with clients and review deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Manage client concerns and project issues.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
