Job Position:

Note: This is a Project Manager role to support Cybersecurity requests across multiple domains - Infrastructure, Data, and Application security.

Description:

The Cybersecurity Project Manager oversees various cybersecurity projects and/or programs of a highly complex nature. Responsibilities include assembling project teams, identifying resources, developing schedules, managing stakeholder partnerships, and mitigating risks. The role requires familiarity with system scope, project objectives, and team roles to coordinate activities effectively. When managing programs, oversees interdependencies and integration of related projects, setting strategies to deliver long-term business value. Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks is preferred. The role involves making decisions on work approach and priorities, following documented procedures and standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of relevant experience in Project Management and Cybersecurity.
• Experience in technical product selection, design, and implementation of IT solutions and controls.
• Passion for improving consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Business Administration.
• Experience with data warehouses, decision support, and reporting systems.
• Knowledge of Oracle and IBM RDBMS, executive information systems, and statistical software.
• Six Sigma and/or Project Management Institute certification.
• Experience in the health solutions industry.
