About The Opportunity

The Project Manager is key to supporting the organization in reaching strategic objectives and delivering value to our residents and employees. The Project Manager will be a nexus of activity, helping facilitate complex problem-solving, leading and managing substantial organizational projects and cultivating project management skills and discipline across the organization. You will also:

  • Develop detailed project plans with milestones
  • Manage the schedule, resources and budget of projects; providing regular updates as required
  • Identify and proactively work through issues and risks with the team, escalating where necessary
  • Regularly communicate with project team members and sponsors to ensure understanding and alignment of project scope, plan and deliverables with the vision for the project
  • Participate in and contribute to efforts to standardize methods and systems within the PMO
  • Coach and support informal project leads in the organization

About You

In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:

  • Undergraduate degree in business, technology, engineering, or comparable program.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience working as a problem-solving project manager.
  • PMP designation
  • Lean Six Sigma Green/Black belt considered an asset
  • Advanced user in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Office365.
  • Advanced user of project management software
  • A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care.
