Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Guelph, ON

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 per year

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and manage complex construction projects for our clients in Guelph and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in the industry, with a proven track record of managing the full life cycle of non-residential construction projects. Experience with pumping stations or similar infrastructure is considered a strong asset but not mandatory.

This role is ideal for a professional with a diverse project portfolio in the ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) or infrastructure sectors, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through to completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Oversee procurement processes and review contracts and scopes of work
• Identify and resolve project issues or delays efficiently
• Provide leadership to project teams and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
• Travel between project sites as needed (mileage covered)

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in construction project management within Canada
• Proven experience delivering full life cycle projects, preferably in the ICI or infrastructure sectors
• Experience with pumping stations or similar projects is an asset
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Proficient in construction management software and MS Office
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for site travel
