CASMAN is seeking a seasoned Project Manager/Lead who enjoys the challenge of Leading Teams and meeting targets!
A Casman Project Manager Oversees Safety, Schedule, Scope and Budget for our Clients. They are the stewards of the Project’s overall success and building and maintaining client relationships. They will work with all internal team members as well as Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Clients. Excellent Communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to work well in a team environment and lead a team are a must.
Experience managing projects under different contract types, such as Lump Sum and Construction Management, and also a proven track record with Commercial, Institutional, and multi-residential projects is required.
Candidates require 2-4 years of formal post-secondary construction education in Construction Engineering, Architectural Technology or Civil Engineering or a Journeyman Carpentry Certificate 5 years of experience as a Project Manager/Lead is required. Applicants must be very proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and familiar with building codes, standards and best construction practices.
Travel to our Various Western Canadian Offices will be required periodically.
This position would be in Fort McMurray and only applicants applying that are local to the region or are willing to fully relocate will be considered.
