The Role:Project Manager
Our newest position,Project Manager, is the perfect fit for someone with experience in project coordination or management within construction or trades. Based in our Coquitlam office, this role will work closely with multiple divisions and field technicians to help bring every project across the finish line.

What You’ll Tackle:

• Own your projects from start to finish — plan, budget, schedule, and keep everything moving.
• Partner directly with clients, trades, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver outstanding results.
• Complete RFP’s, RFQ’s, RFI’s for all Woola divisions
• Problem-solve like a boss when challenges pop up (because they will).
• Keep everyone aligned with regular updates and clear communication.
• Drive quality, safety, and compliance like it's second nature.
• Build relationships inside and outside the company.
• Assist in procurement, from ordering materials to tracking deliveries and supplies.
  
• Collaborate in estimation and quotations.
• Serve as an internal point of contact for customer inquiries and provide top-tier support.

• 3–5 years of project management experience (construction, building services, or similar).
• PMP designation considered an asset.
• A knack for getting things done — you’re organized, adaptable, and never let balls drop.
