Our client, a mid-sized General Contractor, is looking for an Intermediate Project Manager to join their team in Edmonton and Calgary. This role offers the opportunity to lead multi-family developments, working with a collaborative and well-established construction team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multi-family residential projects from pre-construction to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders
• Oversee scheduling, procurement, and quality control
• Mitigate risks and solve construction-related challenges

Qualifications:

• Experience in multi-family construction, specifically with six-story wood frame and/or steel structures
• A proven track record of managing projects with a general contractor or developer
• Strong knowledge of construction schedules, budgets, and contracts
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
• Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
