Your Role as a Project Manager:

As a Project Manager, you will be the key point of contact for clients after the project has been approved. Your job is to keep everything running smoothly by ensuring materials arrive on time, remodellers and subcontractors stay on schedule, and projects are completed with excellence. You’ll be involved before, during, and after the project to guarantee quality and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee 8-12 active projects at a time (and more as we grow!)
Act as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and ensuring satisfaction.
Manage both in-house remodellers and subcontractors.
Schedule and coordinate material purchases, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
Regularly visit job sites to inspect progress, address issues, and provide solutions.
Ensure all projects stay on schedule and within budget while meeting our high standards.
Track milestones and schedule using project management software
Experience with CRM software required, but no specific system necessary.

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience working in a project management role in renovations, construction, or related field.
Hands-on experience in construction or remodelling is preferred.
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Valid driver’s license
Experience using project management software
Strong leadership and communication skills

Available to work full time, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Able to work occasional weekend or overtime hours, if needed.
Well-versed in remodelling procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve outstanding results.
Have an analytic mind and great organization skills.
Are innovative and prefer working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity.
