Job summary

ROSEN Group based in Calgary is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Data Fusion initiative within the Proficient Integrity Division. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align stakeholder expectations, and manage the end-to-end delivery of data acquisition, processing and reporting.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or technology diploma in engineering or a related field, and at least two years of project management experience with strong communication skills and the ability

  • Bachelor's degree or Technology Diploma in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Project Management, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline required
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience; Pipeline Integrity and Data Analysis preferred
  • Experience presenting to senior and executive leadership and maintain a high level of project awareness, control and the ability to concisely communicate the project status effectively

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary coordinator for Data Fusion project execution with all stakeholders engaged and aligned from handover to delivery
  • Manage project schedules, milestones and deliverables across data acquisition, processing, analytics, engineering reviews, quality checks and reporting
  • Coordinate resources across the Data Fusion Hub, other Data Analysis teams, regional engineers, regional PMs and specialists to meet timelines
  • Support lessons learned and continuous improvement activities to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Facilitate communication between client-facing teams and technical delivery teams for timely decisions
  • Lead kickoff and handover processes ensuring clear requirements and service scope
  • Monitor risks, issues, dependencies and escalate as needed
  • Provide regular status reporting to leadership with schedule performance and delivery metrics

ROSEN is looking for a Project Manager that will be based in Calgary, AB. This position reports directly to the Head of Project Management and will be a part of the Proficient Integrity Division Project Management team.

What role you will play in our team
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for Data Fusion project execution, ensuring all required stakeholders are engaged, and activities are aligned from project handover through final delivery.
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, tracking progress across data acquisition, data processing, analytics, engineering reviews, quality checks, and reporting activities.
  • Coordinate resources across the Data Fusion Hub, other Data Analysis teams, regional engineers, regional project managers, and specialists to maintain project timelines and delivery commitments. In particular, with projects that have additional services such as DMG and SSWC.
  • Support lessons learned and continuous improvement activities, identifying recurring execution challenges and working with process owners to improve efficiency and scalability.
What will I be doing?
  • Facilitate communication between client-facing teams and technical delivery teams, ensuring smooth information flow and timely decision-making throughout project execution.
  • Lead project kickoff and handover processes, ensuring all technical requirements, client expectations, data inputs, and service scope are clearly understood by regional and global execution teams.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, driving resolution of technical, operational, and schedule-related challenges and escalating where required.
  • Provide regular project status reporting to leadership and stakeholders, including schedule performance, resource requirements, risks, and delivery metrics.
What are we looking for?
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with a history of building cross-functional teams and non-positional leadership of project teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or Technology Diploma in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Project Management, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline required
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience; Pipeline Integrity and Data Analysis preferred
  • Experience presenting to senior and executive leadership and maintain a high level of project awareness, control and the ability to concisely communicate the project status effectively
Additional Qualifications or Skills
  • Previous project management experience
  • Knowledge of contract negotiation process
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Knowledgeable of the respective industry recognized standards used in pipeline inspection.
  • Ability to make good decisions under pressure as well as the ability to accomplish multiple tasks in limited time frames.
  • Excellent analytic and problem solving skills.
  • A self-motivated, pro-active individual who is able to work independently as well as in a team
