Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an seasoned Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale initiatives from planning through execution and closure. You will own project budgets of $2M-$5M, forecast finances, track costs, and report progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven project management experience leading medium to large-scale initiatives from planning through execution and closure.
• Experience managing projects valued between $2M and $5M or more, including budget ownership, financial forecasting, cost tracking, and reporting.
• Strong experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, with the ability to adapt the approach based on project requirements.
• Demonstrated success in managing and influencing a broad range of stakeholders, including business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
• Telecommunications industry experience is considered a strong assets
