What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Plan and execute projects in accordance with corporate policy, managing all day-to-day project management tasks
- Define project objectives and develop delivery models, including procurement and contracting strategies
- Prepare construction project budget estimates and schedules, monitoring progress against established timelines
- Lead project organization and assign work activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors to enhance competitiveness
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the nuclear power plant industry or related construction/industrial projects
- Proven experience managing medium to high-risk projects valued between $10-200 million
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Client Security Clearance will be required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- P. Eng and Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
- Relevant experience in project development and planning within an EPC environment
- Experience managing projects involving overhead crane replacement or refurbishment in a nuclear power plant setting
