Project Manager - Job Description :

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of wireline telecommunications projects. This role focuses heavily on the construction side of operations, requiring the candidate to manage projects from concept to completion while ensuring high-quality results.

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of telecom infrastructure projects, with a focus on construction.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct financial forecasting and data analysis to support project planning.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement through process development and innovation.

Project Manager - Mandatory Skills :

• 5+ years of experience in project management and / or wireline construction.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• College diploma or university degree.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills :

• Experience managing telecom build projects, including upgrades and migrations.
• Familiarity with wireline access networks and civil infrastructure builds.
• Experience working with vendors and contractors in distributed environments.
• Engineering degree and / or PMP certification.
• Background in wireless networks or telecom infrastructure deployments.
