Challenges Ahead
  1. Plan, organize, and manage activities and deliverables with your team following the PDP (Product Development Process) to release new products on time, within budget, and scope.
  2. Drive technical feasibility, including project schedules, development costs, and product costs for business cases and approvals.
  3. Develop and improve project management methodologies.
  4. Manage project risks through assessment and mitigation activities.
  5. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients.
  6. Track and report key performance indicators and project dashboards.
  7. Coordinate new R&D projects in collaboration with Program Managers and the Product Management team during RFQ processes.
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong management, organizational, leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Professional, collaborative, and ownership-driven mindset.
  • Passion for embedded product development, system integration, and innovation.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects.
  • Ability to accurately estimate and respect delivery timelines.
  • Creative, resourceful, proactive, adaptable, and positive change agent.
  • Knowledge of avionics standards like RTCA/DO-160G, aircraft certifications (STCs), ARINC standards, and experience with FAA/EASA/CAAC regulations is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Over 5 years of project management experience.
  • Experience with multidisciplinary teams, Agile methodologies, customer requirements, KPIs, subcontractor management, and system/software integration.
  • PMP certification and familiarity with avionics norms like DO-160G, Qualification Testing, and working with industry standards such as ARINC.
  • Languages: English and French (functional proficiency required).
