Our Client is looking for a Project Workflow Coordinator in the Light Manufacturing Industry.
Role: PROJECT /WORKFLOW COORDINATOR
Role Overview:
The Project Coordinator/Workflow Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the company's project and workflow management through organization, coordination, collaboration, and execution of project and workflow processes.
The primary goal is to ensure the company’s end-to-end workflow runs smoothly and uninterrupted. As a growing small business, we seek an upbeat and dedicated workflow coordinator with strong interpersonal skills to support the owner and work closely with the warehouse and manufacturing departments. Over time, as you learn the business, you will also work with customers in sales and rentals.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s projects and workflows.
- Assist with project updates and task management software.
- Follow up and utilize software to keep projects organized.
- Identify, evaluate, and report workflow deficiencies, offering suggestions for improvement.
- Ensure projects are fulfilled accurately and shipped to customers on time.
- Implement and uphold the company’s systems, procedures, and policies, including health and safety standards.
- Participate in team discussions and meetings.
- Collaborate with warehouse and manufacturing team members on key projects.
- Coordinate projects and operations with the owner, bookkeeper, office administrator, and team members.
- Delegate work effectively and follow up to ensure completion.
- Maintain inventory of office, warehouse, and manufacturing supplies, collaborating with relevant team members.
- Ensure all equipment is operational, maintaining check-up lists and scheduling repairs/maintenance.
- Facilitate effective communication among the owner, P.A.s, bookkeeper, office administrator, and team members.
- Manage the group calendar and help coordinate team hours and schedules.
- Provide general administrative support (phone, fax, email, photocopying, filing, etc.).
- Schedule meetings and update health and safety policies.
- Manage rental and sale inventory (new software upcoming).
- Oversee maintenance and inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and office supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the owner on a project basis.
- Promote a positive work environment through effective communication, coaching, mentoring, and timely resolution of work problems.
- Write clear and efficient internal reports for customers.
- Check Asana software regularly.
