EatonCare Canada is seeking a Project Management Specialist to join our Burlington, Ontario headquarters in a hybrid capacity. The role focuses on proactively managing commercial aspects of project orders, coordinating with plants, field sales, and customers to ensure on-time delivery and accurate invoicing.

The position supports maintaining data integrity and financial controls across assembled-to-order and engineered-to-order projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Technologist Diploma from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an electrical distribution field, managing the commercial, transactional and technical facet of projects.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without company sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the commercial aspects of basic to high value project orders containing standard, assembled-to-order and engineered-to-order equipment.
• Serve as a customer advocate while communicating with plants, field sales, and assigned customer base regarding order status and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain scheduling and financial tracking of all assigned project orders including invoicing.
• Communicate with project managers, plants, and other internal departments to ensure accurate delivery of commitments.
