A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Delivery PMO, your day will focus on providing program management support to ensure the execution of delivery milestones on time and within budget for Core, Package, and Supply Chain. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the on-time market introduction of products and the achievement of committed timelines. Your responsibilities will include:

• Aligning key metrics for the program (WS Owners Define) with business objectives (Dashboard).
• Ensuring workstream objectives and deliverables align with overall program objectives.
• Providing guidance for risk management across workstreams and managing overall program risks.
• Identifying resource gaps and providing resource prioritization guidance.
• Reporting project progress upward through dashboards and status reports.
• Ensuring On-Time Delivery (OTD) of milestones for Core & Package activities.
• Working closely with various teams to coordinate efforts and ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
