Job summary

Aritzia is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager / IT Project Manager, Space Infrastructure, to lead technology infrastructure initiatives across our workplaces and facilities. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, ensure scope, budget and schedule alignment, and partner with Real Estate, Workplace Operations, Procurement and external trades to realize Everyday Luxury technology environments.

The IT Project Manager, Space Infrastructure, will be responsible for managing the successful execution of initiatives related to the company’s physical space technologies and infrastructure solutions. You will utilize your expertise in project management methodologies to bring together networks and telecommunications, low voltage and structured cabling, specialty workplace equipment and devices, physical security and smart automation, and data centres and cloud services to deliver Everyday Luxury technology infrastructure to our workplaces and facilities. Partnering with Real Estate, Workplace Operations, Procurement, and External Trades and Contractors, you will contribute to the successful delivery of Everyday Luxury workplaces and facilities by representing the objectives of the Cloud & Infrastructure Technology Department. Lead the business change management across our people and processes to adopt new functional capabilitiesContinually evolve Aritzia project management methodologies and develop the necessary technical capabilities to staff and resource for the highest project successPartner with executive stakeholders to champion transformation and changeTHE QUALIFICATIONSThe Senior IT Project Manager / IT Project Manager, Space Infrastructure has:Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications that are an asset to perform in the role, including relevant Project Management experience, PMP, and technical proficiencyHave a solid understanding of cloud technologies, infrastructure systems, project management methodologies, and relevant technical tools is crucialA commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principlesThe ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partnersA commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the businessTHE COMPENSATIONAt Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year.
