Job description

As a Project Management Coordinator, you will support the development and implementation of company-wide processes across our operational areas from a business process and project management perspective. Your goal will be to ensure the successful deployment of the Operation Management System framework with a strong emphasis on sustainability, while facilitating a shift from implementation activities to ongoing assessment, analytics, and verification. Your success will be defined by the impact and longevity of these processes, your adaptability in transitioning roles, and the value you contribute to continuous operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules and work plans associated to the implementation of the OMS framework
  • Manage the OMS project plan by managing meetings, scheduling, agendas, meeting minutes and tracking and pushing achievement of key milestone dates
  • Develop, draft and maintain standards and tools associated to the OMS framework and determine, source and implement supporting technology needs (Cintellate updates, scorecard databases, program standards, manuals and procedures) seeking internal and external information and best practices
  • Prepare presentations, progress reports, and control of approved budgets
  • Coordinate the use of (internal and external) Subject Matter Experts brought in to support the development of company-wide processes
  • Assist with the development of company-wide processes for the Operational Management system framework
  • Manage company-wide reporting as it relates to the Operational Stewardship scorecard and associated process including quality assurance and continuous improvement activities. This includes the monitoring and recognizing of trends within operational data and make recommendations to improve

Your Experience

  • Minimum 5 years required - developing and implementing business processes or programs
  • Must have worked in internal operational roles within last 3 years
