POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Management Applications Engineer manages and supports financial business applications and electric vehicle charger reliability programs. The role focuses on ensuring optimal charger performance, strategic growth, and enhancing customer experience, including system performance monitoring, support, updates, compliance, and program optimization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  1. Support ongoing implementations, integrations, and management of the electric vehicle charger reliability program, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Manage Preventive Maintenance, Service Level Agreements, and Warranty Programs within the Infrastructure team.
  3. Support strategies for post-commissioning growth and customer experience improvements, including preventive maintenance and SLAs.
  4. Oversee the charger rental agreement program and strategize for future expansion.
  5. Prepare and distribute customer performance reports, focusing on automation and customer experience.
  6. Assist the Sales Manager with price analysis and pricing files for programs under the charger reliability team.
  7. Monitor and analyze charger reliability dashboards and performance scorecards.
  8. Address charger-related issues, incorporating lessons learned during project execution.
  9. Align charger performance with financial milestones to ensure seamless execution and remuneration.
  10. Track financial performance of new programs and infrastructure projects, focusing on cash flow, budgets, and milestones.
  11. Prepare financial forecasts and actuals reports; collaborate with IT and stakeholders to meet outcomes.
  12. Identify business obstacles, analyze root causes, develop solutions, and communicate benefits.
  13. Maintain procedural standards, system documentation, and participate in end-user training.
  14. Develop business cases and perform analysis to support continuous improvement, automation, and growth.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, IT, or Computer Science.
  • Experience with Programming & Statistical Tools like Python, data visualization, and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, including data collection, cleaning, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Experience with ERP Systems, Oracle, and Power BI.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both written and oral.
