About the Opportunity
Under the direction of the Director, Clinical Transformation, the Project Leader provides leadership on operational design, strategic planning, customer service, analytical reporting, performance measurement, standardization, training, and risk management. This autonomous role collaborates with the Clinical Transformation team and stakeholders to enhance and sustain transformation activities focusing on safety, quality, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic and operational plans aligned with NSHA’s strategic goals.
- Collaborating on goal setting and issue escalation.
- Conducting assessments, analyzing reports, and recommending improvements.
- Developing policies and overseeing service improvement initiatives.
- Engaging with stakeholders, leading discussions, training, and professional development.

About You
We welcome candidates with:
- A university degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferred certifications in Lean and change management.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and experience in healthcare informatics.
- At least 3 years of customer service experience; IT and health informatics experience is an asset.
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead complex projects and manage organizational change.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, with advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.

Hours and Compensation
- Full-time, approximately 75 hours biweekly, from May 2025 to December 2026.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible hours.
- Hourly rate: $40.95 - $51.19.
- Eligible for benefits including health, dental, travel, disability, life insurance, and a pension plan.
