Qualifications

  • 7-10 Jahre Erfahrung in Führungspositionen mit Schwerpunkt auf Projekt- und Change Management.
  • Äquivalente Kombination aus Ausbildung, Training und Erfahrung akzeptabel.

Salary

The salary range for this position is CAD $45.46 - $65.35 / hour.

Job Summary

Bring your skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management to this key role, leading planning, implementation, and evaluation of sustainable clinical operations initiatives as the Project Leader, Centre for Advanced Analytics, Data Science and Innovation (CAADSI). We are currently recruiting for two full-time positions based out of our Central City offices in Surrey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide coordination and project management within a change management context, and support operational improvement priorities.
  • Coordinate the functional programming and design phase of project development by assessing and identifying clinical and user needs in consultation with program managers and clinical experts.
  • Lead, plan, develop, implement, and evaluate new or redesigned services/programs to support systems improvement priorities, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and provincial mandates.
  • Provide facilitation and coaching to program/service teams to support development, monitoring, and analysis of CAADSI solutions, acting as a resource in applying quality improvement knowledge.
  • Establish project charters, plans, and objectives to outline timelines and deliverables for operational improvements.
  • Promote knowledge transfer from organizational and provincial collaborations into clinical improvement activities and support the spread of improvement efforts.
  • Network with other health authorities, the Ministry of Health, and professional associations to stay abreast of relevant changes and innovations.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business or a healthcare discipline.
  • Seven (7) to ten (10) years of recent, related, progressively responsible leadership experience, including project and change management.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience acceptable.
  • Valid BC Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle for work purposes.
