Project Lead – IFS Implementation (Permanent)

Location: Ottawa, ON or Victoria, BC

Expected Salary: $67,021 to $100,532

In this role, you will:

  • Report to the Senior Project Manager.
  • Create and maintain project schedules.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project documents, including the project charter, project management plan, and Risk Management plan.
  • Monitor and report on project progress.
  • Coordinate workshops from design through implementation.
  • Assist with preparations for Change Management board meetings.

The ideal candidate brings:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in project management and change control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project.
  • Effective communication skills across all stakeholder levels.
  • Experience using IT systems to control work packages.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (asset).
  • Eligibility for a Canadian Secret Security Clearance.
  • Desirable: experience with Microsoft DevOps and Agile Project Management.
