Job Title: Inventory Specialist

Location: Calgary (Hybrid)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to support our client's inventory integration operations on a short-term contract. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of inventory control best practices, and hands-on experience with Oracle inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records using Oracle systems.
  • Perform inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and stock audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies quickly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure inventory availability.
  • Generate and analyze inventory reports to support business decisions.
  • Support inventory-related process improvements and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of inventory control experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (ideally cloud-based).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Contract duration: 3–6 months, with the possibility of extension.
