You’ll specifically take care of streamlining data processes and supporting installation workload forecasting, but also contribute to engineering studies and progress reporting.
We’ll look to you for:
Automating Excel spreadsheets to create KPIs
Analyzing data inputs and creating cost estimation databases
Controlling and supporting the Installation Manager in managing workload forecasts and actuals
Improving processes for target price submissions
Compiling data from various sources into concise Excel databases
Cross-checking quotations and conducting installation cost estimation analyses
Supporting engineering studies, including Bill of Installation Materials/Quantities, Method Statements, and Installation Material Specifications
Assessing monthly progress and generating internal reports
Creating and updating the Installation Bill of Quantities (BOQ) as per project requirements
Supervising first article inspections and obtaining end-user approvals
Ensuring traceability of installation requirements
