Responsibilities
Project Field Manager (PFM) Responsibilities

The Project Field Manager (PFM) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project execution, including design review, product delivery, installation, and on-site supervision. Reporting directly to the Director of Construction, the PFM ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Qualifications
  • post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • strong leadership
  • project management skills
  • ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and site personnel
  • knowledge and experience in site safety & protocols, progress on scope of work
  • ability to read architectural drawings
