PROJECT ENGINEER X 3 @ WOODLANDS AREA FOR A MNC - ELV / BMS INDUSTRY
Responsibilities:
Responsible for project management related activities which include attending work site meetings, job coordination, system designs, etc.
Ensure timely completion of all the assigned projects, particularly the T&C schedules.
Plan and develop the project schedules in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop efficient mechanisms to track the project progression in the field and update the schedules regularly to ensure that the activities are progressed within the schedule timelines.
Assist the manager in engineering works such as system designing, documentation, testing & commissioning (T&C) for ELV and security systems.
Responsible for all work site activities such as coordination and supervision works related to engineering works and systems design.
Coordinate and work closely with external parties and customers to plan, organize, and execute the project-related activities.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics) / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Others
Entry / Junior level - OJT will be provided
Knowledge in Security System and ELV Systems, e.g., PA system, Fire Alarm System, CCTV system, Card Access, Structure Cabling, etc.
PROJECT ENGINEER X 1 @ BUKIT BATOK AREA FOR A LOCAL CO - CIVIL & STRUCTURAL / A&A
Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting, and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
Managing and planning the construction project.
Assist in project tendering, budgeting for the project within an estimated cost.
Controlling the cost of materials and labor.
Coordination and checking of engineering deliverables.
Attend site meetings, inspections, and monitoring of project progress.
Liaising and coordinating with all parties involved in the projects, such as consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, local authorities, environmental agencies, and federal entities, etc., to ensure successful implementation of the project.
Monthly project status reports and change orders.
To manage the daily operation of the project execution.
Arm their juniors with relevant information on construction.
Advising the workers on the construction process and addressing their concerns.
Solving construction problems as soundly as possible.
Acting as the quality control and assurance to ensure that the project objectives are met.
Ensure that all the construction safety rules and regulations are being observed.
Obtaining the construction materials and verifying them.
Scheduling the construction work of the day.
Laying down the preferred construction methods.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering / Similar
Entry level or with experience - training will be provided
Experience in Additions & Alterations (A&A) works in commercial building upgrading projects will be an advantage.
