What You’ll Do
  • Act as Project Engineer and/or Project Manager for civil and transportation infrastructure projects across the NWT
  • Contribute to the planning, design, and technical delivery of civil engineering projects for a wide range of clients
  • Maintain strong communication and client relationships, ensuring expectations are aligned and service goals are met
  • Lead project teams in preparing technical reports, designs, and construction services, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and timely execution
  • Support proposal preparation, business development and marketing efforts within the business area
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager, NWT on business planning, staffing strategies and contributing to the ongoing growth of the group

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution
  • Registered, or eligible for registration, as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with NAPEG
  • 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in civil and/or transportation engineering within a consulting environment
  • Demonstrated project management and leadership skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
  • Self‑motivated and collaborative team player
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within Canada
  • Comfortable working in remote and northern environments
  • Proven ability to manage clients and build long‑term relationships
