RDH is seeking a Project Engineer, Mechanical to complement our technical strengths in building science. This unique and exciting opportunity is an ideal role for someone with a background in mechanical design who is looking to join an innovative and growing team tackling the big challenges of climate change by Making Buildings Better .
Retrofitting existing buildings is critical to address climate change, and we believe that by integrating building enclosure with mechanical expertise we can deliver exceptional results that maximize value to our clients while also benefiting the planet. As a Project Engineer, Mechanical you will contribute to RDH project teams to deliver integrated engineering services across a range of projects primarily for existing buildings. You may also provide specialist input for new building projects, and contribute to research, energy performance, and sustainability project work.

The internal title for this position may vary from the title listed in the description based on licensure, however, responsibilities and expectations remain the same.
The base salary range for this position is $95,000 – $125,000 annualized for a full-time role. Salary is dependent on various factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. You may also be eligible for discretionary incentives and share ownership.
