Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Support project managers in schedule tracking, cost management, and resource planning
Coordinate procurement and monitor material deliveries according to project timelines
Participate in job site visits to ensure progress, safety, and quality compliance
Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals
Manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, meeting notes, and reports
Use construction software such as Procore to track deliverables and project status
Maintain clear communication with all team members and external partners
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
3–5 years of experience in commercial construction in a project engineering or support role
Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Autodesk, Microsoft Project)
Solid understanding of building systems, safety regulations, and construction sequencing
Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to local job sites as required
