NTI Services Ltd. is an industrial construction and maintenance contractor that delivers value-added engineering, project management, and construction services to materials-handling, mining, and other industrial and commercial sectors. We primarily install and maintain machinery and related structural steel work for container ports, bulk material terminals, and heavy industrial manufacturing plants – mostly within the Vancouver Lower Mainland.
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Engineer at NTI Services Ltd. is responsible to ensure that project design, procurement, construction, and completion is done in compliance with the project contract requirements, technical standards and procedures. Project Engineer will have oversight of most major aspects of project technical scopes; including design and constructablity reviews, developing subcontractor scope packages, creating field work packages, installation drawings, troubleshooting installation challenges in the field, commissioning, project close out documentation, and supporting the Project Manager and Superintendent on various project related tasks.

This position is based onsite at project location.The role is a permanent, full-time position with a typical salary starting from $110,000 per annum. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate’s competencies, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, experience, and internal pay structures. As a part of NorLand’s total compensation package, this position is eligible for other benefits subject to program eligibility.
